Owned by Aleiya Olu, From Us To You is a space inspired by books, with an illustration style that creates a new tale or story. We aim to challenge the conventional way of storytelling, which is often told from a single narrator's perspective, by introducing a different tail, or viewpoint, related to Detroit. Our inspiration highlights the unique aspects of Detroit's flora and fauna.
The tale features a fox with Margiela boots, breaking the boundaries of fashion labels. It is illustrated as an old book, conveying the message that when you see a fox with boots, good luck will follow. The graphic system uses photos of the space, with the fox sometimes appearing and sometimes leaving only footprints, showing that it has been there.
Aleiya and our team have added a touch of femininity to the project through our choices in form, color, and more. Our brand is dedicated to providing high-quality, independently designed furniture.
